1. Om tjänsten och parterna

Dessa villkor gäller mellan Kristoffer Jansson Invest AB, org.nr 559127-5002 ("Starly", "vi") och den verksamhet som använder tjänsten ("kunden", "ni"). Genom att använda Starly godkänner ni villkoren.

Starly är en tjänst som hjälper verksamheter att samla in Google-recensioner (via länk och QR-kod), se sina recensioner, få förslag på svar samt publicera godkända svar på Google.

2. Konto och behörighet

Tjänsten riktar sig till företag. Den som ingår avtalet intygar att hen är behörig att företräda verksamheten, och att lämnade uppgifter är riktiga. Inloggnings- och åtkomstuppgifter ska hanteras säkert.

3. Google-kopplingen

Vissa funktioner kräver att ni kopplar verksamhetens Google-konto till Starly via Googles inloggning (OAuth). Ni kan när som helst återkalla kopplingen, i tjänsten eller via Googles säkerhetsinställningar. Tjänsten är beroende av Googles API:er och plattform; ändringar hos Google kan påverka eller begränsa funktioner, vilket ligger utanför vår kontroll.

4. Acceptabel användning

Ni åtar er att inte använda Starly för att:

• samla in eller publicera falska, köpta eller vilseledande recensioner,
• erbjuda ersättning, rabatter eller andra förmåner i utbyte mot recensioner (i strid med Googles riktlinjer),
• selektivt be endast nöjda kunder om recensioner på ett sätt som bryter mot Googles riktlinjer (s.k. review gating),
• publicera svar med olagligt, kränkande eller vilseledande innehåll,
• bryta mot Googles användarvillkor eller tillämplig lag.

Ni ansvarar för innehållet i de svar ni godkänner för publicering. Starly får stänga av tjänsten vid väsentligt brott mot dessa villkor.

5. Pris och betalning

Avgifter, betalningsvillkor och eventuell bindningstid framgår av det avtal eller den beställning som ingås mellan er och oss. Prisändringar meddelas minst 30 dagar i förväg och gäller från nästa betalningsperiod. Under en eventuell kostnadsfri provperiod kan tjänsten avslutas när som helst utan kostnad.

6. Avtalstid och uppsägning

Avtalet löper tills vidare. Ni kan säga upp det när som helst med verkan från utgången av innevarande betalningsperiod, genom att mejla kristoffer@starly.se. Vid avslutande kopplas Google-kontot bort och data raderas enligt vår integritetspolicy.

7. Immateriella rättigheter

Starly och allt som ingår i tjänsten (programvara, design, varumärke) tillhör oss eller våra licensgivare. Ni får en icke-exklusiv, ej överlåtbar rätt att använda tjänsten under avtalstiden. Era recensioner och ert innehåll förblir ert.

8. Ansvarsbegränsning

Tjänsten tillhandahålls i befintligt skick. Vi garanterar inte specifika resultat (t.ex. viss placering i Googles sökresultat eller ett visst antal recensioner), och inte heller oavbruten tillgång till tjänsten. Vi ansvarar inte för indirekta skador såsom utebliven vinst eller förlorad data. Vårt sammanlagda ansvar under en tolvmånaders­period är begränsat till de avgifter ni betalat för tjänsten under samma period. Inget i dessa villkor begränsar ansvar som inte lagligen kan begränsas.

9. Personuppgifter

Hur vi behandlar personuppgifter — inklusive data från Google Business Profile — beskrivs i vår integritetspolicy. Vid behov ingår parterna personuppgiftsbiträdesavtal.

10. Ändringar av villkoren

Vi kan uppdatera villkoren; den gällande versionen finns alltid på denna sida. Väsentliga ändringar meddelas aktiva kunder via e-post minst 30 dagar i förväg.

11. Tillämplig lag och tvist

Svensk lag gäller. Tvister avgörs av svensk allmän domstol med Stockholms tingsrätt som första instans.

1. The service and the parties

These terms apply between Kristoffer Jansson Invest AB, Swedish company reg. no. 559127-5002 ("Starly", "we") and the business using the service ("the customer", "you"). By using Starly you accept these terms.

Starly is a service that helps businesses collect Google reviews (via link and QR code), view their reviews, receive suggested replies, and publish approved replies on Google.

2. Account and authority

The service is intended for businesses. The person entering into the agreement confirms that they are authorised to represent the business and that the information provided is accurate. Login and access credentials must be kept secure.

3. The Google connection

Certain features require connecting the business's Google account to Starly via Google sign-in (OAuth). You may revoke the connection at any time, in the service or via Google's security settings. The service depends on Google's APIs and platform; changes on Google's side may affect or limit features and are outside our control.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Starly to:

• collect or publish fake, purchased, or misleading reviews,
• offer compensation, discounts, or other incentives in exchange for reviews (contrary to Google's policies),
• selectively solicit reviews only from satisfied customers in a way that violates Google's policies ("review gating"),
• publish replies containing unlawful, offensive, or misleading content,
• violate Google's terms of service or applicable law.

You are responsible for the content of replies you approve for publication. Starly may suspend the service upon material breach of these terms.

5. Fees and payment

Fees, payment terms, and any commitment period are set out in the agreement or order entered into between you and us. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and apply from the next billing period. During any free trial, the service may be terminated at any time at no cost.

6. Term and termination

The agreement runs until further notice. You may terminate at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, by emailing kristoffer@starly.se. Upon termination, the Google account is disconnected and data is deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

7. Intellectual property

Starly and everything included in the service (software, design, trademark) belongs to us or our licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the term. Your reviews and your content remain yours.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as a particular ranking in Google's search results or a certain number of reviews), nor uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect damages such as loss of profit or loss of data. Our aggregate liability over any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the service during that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Personal data

Our processing of personal data — including Google Business Profile data — is described in our privacy policy. Where required, the parties will enter into a data processing agreement.

10. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms; the current version is always available on this page. Material changes are notified to active customers by email at least 30 days in advance.

11. Governing law and disputes

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as first instance.
